Top Teacher Test Prep offers you the opportunity to run your own SAT / ACT tutoring business. This is a mobile business with little to no overhead. You have the option to start with just individual tutoring or jump into classroom courses right away. How much will I need to invest? We are offering Special Discounted Pricing for the next 10 Test Prep Specialists who sign up with us. This represents a 50% reduction in the normal Licensing fee which means more money in your pocket. For as little as $1000 down you can start using our system today. By the end of the year you will have paid us less than 20% of your earnings. Our goal is to keep the money where it belongs, in your pocket. You will find more details on our financial models in our marketing package. We do not directly offer financing but you can get a small business loan from a local bank if you need. Remember the way this is set up there is little to no overhead so you won’t need much capital to get started. If you look at our start up costs list you’ll see just how affordable this is. Within a few months of starting this you will be operating on pure profit. How do I know if this is a good business for me / my area? Just open the phone book or take a look around. Is anyone offering test prep services in your area? Chances are that regardless of the answer to that question, the students in your area will need prep for these tests. Start spreading the word that you are offering this service and watch how fast your time fills up. In place of a royalty fee, Top Teacher Test Prep charges a per student usage fee. of $45 You will organize this with your students and determine if they are to play it separately or if you will pay it for them. This royalty fee is never more than 10% of the income you generate for a particular student and is usually less than 5%. Unlike a lot of things in education this is entirely determined by you. You decide what you will charge, you decide how much you will work, in essence you decide how much money you want to make. Supplement your income a little bit or double and even triple your salary – it’s up to you. The median national teacher salary is somewhere between $40,000 and $43,000 per year. My very first year doing test prep on my own I made $8,000, the second year I made $27,000 and by the third year I made $39,000. Complete Eligibility Survey Please complete our Eligibility Survey on the homepage to receive additional information. If you meet our preliminary criteria and your territory is available, a representative will be in touch within 2 business days. 3. Initial phone call During our first call we will further discuss the Top Teacher Test Prep opportunity. We will also cover a few key topics including; your motivation, educational and teaching background, personal SAT and ACT experience and ideas about your territory of interest. 4. Receive marketing packet After you've talked with one of Top Teacher Test Prep’s Licensure Sales Associates we will send out a Marketing Packet with additional information on the program and a Request for Consideration Form. 5. Return Request for Consideration Form The form tells us that you are serious about the opportunity and it will also give us a clear picture of your plans on how to begin this venture in your area. 6. Receive LAD Upon receipt of your completed Request for Consideration Form, we will mail you our Licensure Agreement Document (LAD). The LAD further defines the relationship between us and you. It is a legal document, and it is what you will sign in order to obtain a licensure to use the Top Teacher Test Prep program. 7. LAD Conference Call Within two weeks of receiving the LAD, we will contact you to schedule a LAD Conference Call. This call will give you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about the LAD or Licensure Agreement. If you plan to review the LAD with an attorney, or have specific legal questions, please submit your questions prior to our call. 8. Signing If we feel that you are a great candidate to join our movement, we will send you a formal written offer including the assigned territory. The signing is done remotely and does not require a trip back to our headquarters. |
